Twenty ultrasonic sensors scan the inside of the barrel simultaneously, significantly reducing scanning time.

Ultrasound Scanner For Barrel
The L.210 Ultrasound Scan Bar is a high performance professional tool for rapidly
investigating liquid contents of steel drum barrels with a volume of 210 litres (DIN EN ISO 15750-(1/2)).
The device uses the speed of sound which varies in every medium. By sending ultrasound inside the barrel,
the device can detect the reflected waves from the opposite steel wall of the barrel and therefore calculate what medium is inside.

Mechanism
Unlock
The locking mechanism has two hinges. These can be released using the buttons on the side of the product.
Hinge
To make the product easy to carry and store, there is a folding mechanism to reduce the overall size.
Mount
The top handle acts as a lever. It secures the equipment to the drum barrel with a locking mechanism.
How it works
The sensors identify liquids by analyzing density, sound speed, and impedance, distinguishing substances.
Sensor Structure
sensors are designed to move independently, using a spring system to attach securely to the barrel walls.
Interface
Users can easily control the device through the screen and buttons.
Data Storage & Charging
A USB-C port is provided for recharging the battery, and data is stored on an SD card for easy access.
